What our management fees cover

Our fees cover most of the day to day tasks involved in property management.

  • Complete bookkeeping services including year-end 1099 tax form
  • On-call 24/7 emergency maintenance service
  • Posting for service calls, breaches of lease and vacate notices
  • Filing evictions

We are experienced agents licensed through the highly regulated Austin Board of Realtors. This entity is responsible to uphold the integrity and ethical behavior of its members.

We use a well established software company called Appfolio. They are cloud based which allow owners and tenants to view all the properties related documents 24/7. We also utilize handheld technology for inspections and property checks of our units.

We have 20 years combined experience in the property management business. The principal owners, Susan and Brent Bockholt have owned and managed their own investment properties for 10+ years. We are here to stay!

Our progressive staff is well equipped to handle any tenant or property related issue. We stay in touch with the changing State and City laws to ensure your best interests are being protected. You will have no more worries about tenants giving you sob stories of why they can’t pay rent or accusing you of not fixing a maintenance request on time. We are available 24/7 for emergency situations as they relate to the health and safety of your tenants. We make sure your property is equipt with all defined Texas Property Code rules and regulations.
